DESCRIPTION:\nDescription\n\nExplore the potential of generative AI applied to HR: this training allows you to design concrete and advanced use cases\, create effective prompts and transform your HR practices through augmented workflows. \nPrerequisites\nPrior to this module\, it is recommended that participants complete the Driving HR performance with AI or already be a basic user of AI in the context of their HR activity. \nObjectives\n\n\nAt the end of the training\, the participant will be able to: \n\ndesign and test concrete and advanced use cases of generative AI in HR functions\nmobilise the right tools by applying prompt’s engineering best practices\n\n\nProgramme\n\n\nPosition yourself in your HR practices including AI\n\nPosition yourself on an HR AI maturity grid\nParticipants present current HR use cases\n\n\nCreate custom and advanced prompts\n\nApplying the “Prompt Canvas” methodology: designing effective prompts aligned with HR objectives\nExercises focused on analyzing and generating complex HR prompts\, as well as interpreting their outcomes\n\n\nPractice on advanced use cases\n\nApplication of GAI on original use cases by HR function (examples generated live with ChatGPT\, Mistral and Gemini) :\n\nRecruitment (match analysis\, scoring\, ad proofreading)\nTraining (module creation\, microlearning\, educational chatbot)\nTalent management (career paths\, AI interviews)\nHR communication (newsletters\, responses to employees)\n\n\nJoint reflection on use cases: “Can AI do better than humans?”\n\n\nAugmented HR workflows with AI\n\nWorkshop: each participant designs a mini-workflow in their context (e.g. onboarding)\nPresentation of some workflows to the group\n\n\nSecuring its uses and opening up prospects\n\nFormalisation of GDPR / privacy best practices with AI\nDevelopment of a checklist for evaluating a prompt or a use case\nExpress challenge: “1 HR AI case to test tomorrow in your department”\n\n\n\n\nTarget audience\n\nHR Professionals \n\nMaterial\n\nParticipants must bring their laptop. \nParticipants must have a ChatGPT Plus\, GitHub Copilot\, Microsoft Copilot (Android or iOS)\, Google Gemini\, or open-source model account. The use of the free version could be limiting for some practical exercises. \n\nNote\n\nPlease be aware that the versions of the AI tools used may not always be operational or accessible during training sessions. The facilitators will adapt accordingly. \n\n\n\n\nCourse Material\n\nThe course materials will be available after the module. \n\nCertificate\n\nAt the end of the training\, participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by the House of Training. \n\n\n
