Description
Enhance productivity and efficiency with generative AI. This training will guide you in leveraging the GAI as an advanced augmented assistant, enabling the automation of repetitive tasks, streamlined organisation of assignments, and optimisation of daily administrative processes.
Prerequisites
Prior to this module, it is recommanded to have followed the Generative “Saving time in administrative tasks through AI” or to have notions in terms of AI and to be able to understand the basics of GAI.
Objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
- master the advanced use of generative AI to automate certain tasks
- produce complex deliverables in a single order

- Identify AI opportunities in your missions
- Diagnosis of repetitive tasks
- Formalise the mapping of its AI uses
- Structure complex, multi-step prompts
- Understand how to get AI to think step by step
- Generate a schedule from a list of tasks and constraints
- Turn a data table into a commented summary report
- Create a custom legal document verification checklist
- Build specialized AI assistants
- Create a wizard that performs multiple types of chained tasks
- Learn how to “train” AI to a specific business context
- Transform AI into an analysis, control and management tool
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Application on concrete cases (quality control of an administrative contract, automatic planning based on data, analysis of an activity table, etc.)
Target audience
Administrative staff, secretaries, administrative assistants or any person performing administrative tasks
Material
Participants must bring their laptop.
Participants must have a ChatGPT Plus, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot (Android or iOS), Google Gemini, or open-source model account. The use of the free version could be limiting for some practical exercises.
Note
Please be aware that the versions of the AI tools used may not always be operational or accessible during training sessions. The facilitators will adapt accordingly.

Certificate
At the end of the training, participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by the House of Training.
