This certification provides a solid foundation for anyone working in HR management. It offers a structured understanding of core HR tasks and activities: HR administration, recruitment, labor law, lifelong training, and occupational risk prevention.

Designed for newcomers or those with informal HR duties, it strengthens professional practices and helps navigate a complex regulatory and organizational environment. It aligns human and strategic dimensions for organizational performance.

Course Materials

Certificate

The course concludes with a written examination. Successful completion is certified by a certificate issued by the House of Training and co-signed by the Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth.

A minimum attendance rate of 80% is required to be eligible for the written examination.

The passing score for the exam is set at 50%.
