Augmented HR: mastering generative Artificial Intelligence to transform your practices

Explore the potential of generative AI applied to HR: this training allows you to design concrete and advanced use cases, create effective prompts and transform your HR practices through augmented workflows.

Prerequisites

Prior to this module, it is recommended that participants complete the Driving HR performance with AI or already be a basic user of AI in the context of their HR activity.

Objectives

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

• design and test concrete and advanced use cases of generative AI in HR functions
• mobilise the right tools by applying prompt’s engineering best practices

• Position yourself in your HR practices including AI
  • Position yourself on an HR AI maturity grid
  • Participants present current HR use cases
• Create custom and advanced prompts
  • Applying the “Prompt Canvas” methodology: designing effective prompts aligned with HR objectives
  • Exercises focused on analyzing and generating complex HR prompts, as well as interpreting their outcomes
• Practice on advanced use cases
  • Application of GAI on original use cases by HR function (examples generated live with ChatGPT, Mistral and Gemini) :
    • Recruitment (match analysis, scoring, ad proofreading)
    • Training (module creation, microlearning, educational chatbot)
    • Talent management (career paths, AI interviews)
    • HR communication (newsletters, responses to employees)
  • Joint reflection on use cases: “Can AI do better than humans?”
• Augmented HR workflows with AI
  • Workshop: each participant designs a mini-workflow in their context (e.g. onboarding)
  • Presentation of some workflows to the group
• Securing its uses and opening up prospects
  • Formalisation of GDPR / privacy best practices with AI
  • Development of a checklist for evaluating a prompt or a use case
  • Express challenge: “1 HR AI case to test tomorrow in your department”

HR Professionals

Participants must bring their laptop.

Participants must have a ChatGPT Plus, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot (Android or iOS), Google Gemini, or open-source model account. The use of the free version could be limiting for some practical exercises.

Please be aware that the versions of the AI tools used may not always be operational or accessible during training sessions. The facilitators will adapt accordingly.

At the end of the training, participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by the House of Training.
